55-minute, one-on-one session utilizing the Gyrotonic Tower, Jumping Stretching Board, Gyrotoner, and Leg Extension Unit.

Gyrokinesis - Private or Group Session

55-minute session utilizing chair and floor.

Pilates - Private Session

55-minute, one-on-one session utilizing Reformer, Stability Chair, and Cadillac.

Pilates - Mat Class

55-minute, group class utilizing mat props.

Pilates - Reformer Duets

55-minute, two-person session utilizing Reformer, Stability Chair, and Cadillac.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled sessions. If you need to cancel, you must contact the studio at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time or you will be charged the full, regular price of your session type to cover instructor costs and the loss of our ability to fill that time slot.
